PACCAR SEQUENCING

Another Magna plant has just implemented our PACCAR sequencing solution. This enables the plant to both manufacture in sequence as well as pick-n-pack in sequence, with multiple machine based “poka-yokes”. This plant will save hundreds of hours by eliminating the manual printing of labels, as well as the effort of manually labeling each part and putting it in order in each container.

KANBAN

An Ontario Magna plant is starting the stem-to-stern implementation of our EKanban solution for their Toyota product. When the Toyota Kanban card is scanned in the shipping process, production requirements are identified and enforced for each work cell leading to the final assembly. Implementation of Kanban for their General Motors products will begin soon!

DEFECT MANAGEMENT

A Chrysler parts plant is implementing our Part Picture Scrap and Defect Management Solution. This allows them to quickly and easily identify where defects are located on costly parts simply by pulling up a picture of the part and touching the proper location on the screen. The plant has already seen vast improvements in their scrap and defect rates.

A TABLE BASED SOLUTION

This plant recently implemented our tablet based receiving client solution mounted on their forklifts. It is the cornerstone of their future effort towards 100% accuracy in their warehouse.
